The Internet has become part of our daily routines, but did you know there exists a “dark side” to the Internet? Sexual predators soliciting children for sexual contact is not a new concept; but using the latest technology to contact children is. The dangers of the Internet are serious; the danger of the production, distribution, and possession of child pornography is equally dramatic and disturbing. Join an Assistant United States Attorney as he discusses techniques used by online predators and some information that you can use to protect you and your loved ones.

Federal prosecutor since 2003

Lead attorney for all cybercrime prosecution for the Ft. Worth Division of the United States Attorney’s Office - including all child exploitation cases.

Co-Project Safe Childhood coordinator for Northern District of Texas - United States Attorney’s Office.

Appointed as Computer Hacking Intellectual Property (CHIP) point-person for Ft. Worth Division.

The presentation will provide information on the dangers of the Internet and how you can protect your loved ones from online predators.
