Junior Varsity Theatre

SHS Junior Varsity Theatre

This class is an advanced version of Theatre Arts.  There will be opportunities for performance in class and possibly for the public.  Students will learn about vocal and physical warm ups, safe use of their voice, correct use of gestures, body movement and facial expression.  Students will also understand the basics of sewing, using a pattern, painting sets, designing tickets, programs, advertising materials, lighting design and sound design.  This is a very hands on class for self-motivated students.
