Welcome to English IV!

Welcome back SENIORS 2016! I'm really looking forward to our journey through Brit Lit this year. Don't forget you are going to need a spiral notebook for taking notes and writing your weekly journals. My syllabus can also be found on my webpage.

Meet the Teacher is set for September 14 at SHS...don't forget that night is the cheapest night to buy a yearbook UNLESS you are a senior who plans to order a senior ad by Nov. 1. Seniors that purchase an ad by Nov. 1 get an even better deal on their book (it even comes with your name on it!)

Senior cap and gown pictures are Thursday, September 24...NO MONEY is needed that day and we provide everything you'll need to wear. Proofs will arrive three weeks later and then you can order any pictures you are interested in.

Here's to a great SENIOR year...let's make it your best year yet!

English IV

If you are receiving this post, you probably need to UNSUBSCRIBE to my news feed. I'm currently setting up my feed for the SENIOR CLASS of 2016 so my past seniors probably don't want to hear it all again...LOL!

English IV & Yearbook

Don't forget "Meet the Teacher" tonight (6-7) for extra credit in class! Parents can subscribe to teachers' newsfeeds tonight in my classroom. Senior summit is also tonight to get information out about senior year to your parents (6:45).

Also don't forget to purchase a 2015 yearbook...tonight is the cheapest price available EXCEPT for seniors who plan to order Senior EARLY BIRD SPECIAL ads by November 1.

See you tonight!

Welcome to English IV!

I'm looking forward to meeting you on Monday. Don't forget you need to get a large spiral notebook for this year. We will begin using it in class on Tuesday. You also need to be thinking about what your first novel of the year will be (will talk about requirements during class the first week.)
